I stopped playing movie gross props because the lines simply got too sharp for my tastes. It's become a game of guessing grosses into the hundreds of thousands, as opposed to millions.
With that disclaimer present (my money isn't on the line), I think you'll be sweating this one. The last Pooh movie, "Tigger," brought in about 10 million at opening weekend. It's decent children's fare, and that's always good for coin.
Gwen Paltrow, on the other hand, is not even 1/2 as big a movie star as the tabloids believe her to be. Couple that with the shit-awful look of this film, and I actually think "View" will sink like a stone. Has bomb written all over it. Drop the reel over Iraq.

heh, yeah I'm starting to think that you're right. So far Im 1-0-1, I lost the tie but Oly canceled the bet for some reason, they seem to be canceling the early tickets that haven't been adjusted yet. My x2 over t3 got canceled, also. Anyways, View From the Top looked O.K. in the previews, plus they're trying to trick people into thinking that Mike Myers has a starring role in this one, but the reviews for this one are attrocious. On the other hand, who the **** is Piglet? Tigger is way cooler than that fool, lol.
